The Presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, attended the inauguration of Daniel Okoh who emerged as the new President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN).
Obi joined other leaders at the inauguration of the General Superintendent of Christ Holy Church International in Onitsha as the new CAN President on Thursday in Abuja.
Dignitaries at the event alongside the former Anambra governor are the Secretary to Government of the Federation (SGF), Boss Mustapha; Governor of Delta State and Vice-Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Ifeanyi Okowa and Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue State.
Others are the immediate past CAN President, Samson Ayokunle and his wife, Deborah Ayokunle; President of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Stephen Panya, among others.
