The Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, Pastor Jude Chukwunwike has urged the coordinator of ward to ward in the area not to allow the group to die.
Pastor Jude Chukwunwike gave the advise when a delegation of People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Ward to Ward group, led by Destiny Monye, visited him at the council secretariat, Ogwashi-uku, head quarters of Aniocha South LGA.
According to Pastor Chukwunwike, heaven and earth will reward those whose energy and values builds development of an organisation and society.
He noted that for an individual to distinguish himself in the crowd and be outstanding, requires going the extra mile even when it is not convenient and that is what I see in this group.
“I have followed the activities of this group and one thing that is outstanding and worthy of mention is that the convener is someone that has consistently worked with passion and I urge him not to relent.
“My advice is that you should not allow this group to die like so many other pressure groups because the benefits will definitely come”, he assured
The council boss said the activities of this group in Aniocha South has not gone unnoticed and extended his appreciation onbehalf of elders of the party and urged him to continue with the good work and called on other grouo to prove thrir worth.
On his part, the convener of PDP Ward to Ward, Comrade Destiny Monye said that the visit was to inform the Executive Chairman about their activities which is “fundamentally aimed at mobilizing and sensitizing people from various communities to enable all the PDP candidates to emerge victorious in next year’s general elections”.
