The National Union of Obior Development Union, ODU, heartily congratulates Hon Steve Okafor, newly elected councilor representing Obior Ward 1, Aniocha North Local Government Area, Delta State, Nigeria at the just concluded local government election held on July 13, 2024
The President General PG, of ODU, Dr. PC Oside, in a statement released on behalf his executive and all the members of the union, home and abroad, expressed enthusiasm on your emergence at the poll, in a keenly contested election. “It is a win win situation for all Obior people, irrespective of your political leanings. At the end of the day, Obior people will gain optimally from the administration, he observed

It’s also instructive, the PG noted, that we recognize, the enlightened Obior voters for their good conduct on election day that successfully elected you as as our eyes at Issele-uku. The union commend you for your steadfastness and said, “Ndi Obior, dalu nu. Unu emeke”.
The union equally commended the electoral umpire for organizing a peaceful and successful polling without rancour, in Obior and across the 25 local government area of Delta state, Nigeria.
