First lady presenting the cash gift to an aged widow.

Jubilation again as the first Lady of Aniocha Local government Area, Lady Ella Chukwunwike gifts rice and cash to widows and the aged right in the council premises.

Presenting the gifts, Lady Ella explained that the joy the season of Christmas has to be extended to this section of the community to give them a sense of belonging.

She observed that when you feed the hungry, Jesus is exalted because he came and lived for both the rich and the poor.

Though the gifts may not have massive, Lady Ella urged to receive it with grateful heart and pray for the council chairman for his magnanimity and compassion.

Fidelity reporter who was at the council head quartets Ogwashi-Uku at time, saw the jubilant widows singing praises and facing with the first lady the glory of God and for remembering them. The widows also offered prayers for first lady and his husband, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike for long life and prosperity .

The vice chairman of the council, Amaka Adigwe, Mrs Lilian Okolie, PDP woman leader and a member of the Board of Delta Printing and Publishing Company Limited, DPPCL, publishers of The Pointer titles, and Hon. Nneka Utomi assisted the first lady in the presentations.
