The hall, he explained, has capacity for 1,500 and would serve as an appropriate meeting venue for council personnel.
He recalled that he observed, shortly after he came into office, that the council faced the challenge of clement facilities for meetings and for offices, hence he decided to prioritize the dual purpose project.
He confirmed that construction work on the project had been completed, while equipping was nearing completion.
Ebonka assured that the project would be laced with all necessary electrical appliances and state-of- the- art furniture to be truly befitting.
The ALGON chairman urged the local government personnel to maintain the project to preserve it and serve the purpose for which it was built.
He expressed the hope that the project would be commissioned soon, as part of his legacies
