The Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike has expressed deep appreciation to PDP faithful in Ubulu-uku for their love and cooperation during and after the election that brought him into office
The Executive Chairman who visited his home ward, Ubulu-uku, said he lack words enough to let his people know how great the massive turn out means to him.
“As my home ward, Ward 5, it is special and emotionally attached to me and my party. And so counselled the ward members to protect their vote and long earned reputation, political sagacity always by ensuring their PVC is intact as 2023 general election is just by the corner
“We are blessed by God and as the 2023 elections gradually draws near, we must lead the way by remaining united. The best is yet to come and I assure you that when the time comes, we will collectively be pointing at our accomplishments as a tier of government.
“Our administration is on the right track and every community and ward will continually feel the impact “, the council boss asserted.
Also speaking at the occasion, chairman of Aniocha South PDP, Prince Mike Okwufulueze, charged the people to gear up for the challenges that will come when political campaigns are flagged off.
“The stakes are high as we have a governor in Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa who will become Nigeria’s vice president in 2023. When he moves to Aso Rock, greater things will come to our communities”, Okwufulueze said.
Welcoming Chukwunwike and his entourage earlier, Ward 5 PDP chairman, Hon. Nnamdi Okolie, commended him for his innovative approach to governance and what he has accomplished barely one year in office.
Among the dignatories at the event are Rt. Hon. Joan Onyemaechi, Ada-Anioma and Director general, Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency; former federal Minister of State for Agriculture, Chief Chris Agbobu; PDP House of Assembly flagbearer for Aniocha South and immediate past chairman of the council, Dr. Isaac Anwuzia as well as other top government and party officials.
