Hon Pastor Jude Chukwunwike has described the Supreme Court verdict affirming Rt. Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as dully elected candidate of the PDP at the primaries as victory for the Delta PDP family.
Hon Chukwunwike in chat with FIDELITYREPORTERS on the development via a phone call appealed to all party faithfuls including Olorogun David Edevbie, to lay to rest all issues about party candidacy and close ranks so that the party can march with full confidence and authority, into the campaigns which has already commenced with vigour.
The council chairman also use the opportunity to heartily congratulate Rt. Hon Oborevwori on the victory and rejoices with all PDP faithful, loyal and committed members in celebrating the Supreme Court judgement affirming him as the duly elected governorship candidate and flagbearer, for the 2023 election.
Now that the legal fireworks are over and done , Pastor Chukwunwike calls on all loyal, committed party members, to close ranks, sheath their swords and put past behind.
According to him, the ultimate task now is to win the 2023 general elections in all positions, to achieve this is for everyone to join hands without rancour and pull resources together, both men and material, adding that PDP is not only formidable but also the party of the people.
